SNAPPLE BEVERAGE CORP

on behalf of all those who allege claims for participating in a promotion wherein customers were enticed to buy Snapple beverages and collect the bottle caps to use for purchasing items online at the Snapple Yard Sale, only to find that there are hardly no items available for purchase. The suit asks for injunctive relief, an order requiring defendants to restore money that defendants may have acquired as a result of any act or practice constituting unfair competition under Business & Professions Code, Section 17200, et. seq., and attorney's fees.
