on behalf of all those who allege claims for participating in an offered promotion which boasted a two night, free hotel stay to certain customers who spend more than $400 at Ralphs only to be informed by Ralphs that their redemption coupons would not be honored. The suit asks for class certification, injunctive relief, an order requiring defendants to restore money that defendants may have acquired as a result of any act or practice constituting unfair competition under Business & Professions Code, Section 17200, et. seq., and attorney's fees.
