Morgan, Individually and as Represented for all others similarly situated and the General Public v. AT&T Wireless Services, Inc.This is a California class action against:

AT&T Wireless Services, Inc.

on behalf of all those who allege to have been wrongfully and unfairly deceived by AT&T in its cellular telephone service by advertising and selling expensive Sony Ericsson T68i cellular phones and costly accessories with the implied promise that the product would be supported for a reasonable time. AT&T instead modified its system in a manner that substantially degraded service to users of these premium phones, and the various expensive accessories purchased by customers for their phones to the detriment of its customers. The suit asks for permanent injunctive relief, for compensatory and consequential damages, restitution for the loss of benefits earned by Plaintiff(s), restitution and disgorgement of money received by Defendants as a result of their wrongful conduct and attorney's fees.
